Baby called ‘hideous’ is a gorgeous grown-up little girl now
Marianna Bowering’s daughter, Angelica, was born with a heart-shaped port-wine stain birthmark on her face. While Marianna saw her as beautiful, others were less kind, with online bullies and harsh comments targeting Angelica’s appearance. Instead of letting this hurt her daughter, Marianna used it as motivation to build Angelica’s confidence and teach her to embrace her differences.
